I cannot hear the game.
Check your device volume and silent mode, then look for the game's sound or music setting. For the browser game, click or tap inside the game after it loads so your browser can enable audio. Some music controls affect background music separately from narration.
An iPhone or iPad app is not responding.
Close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, restart the device and check for available app updates. Contact us before deleting an app if you need help understanding what local settings or progress might be lost.
The browser game is taking time to load.
The full game includes audio and videos. Its first download is about 175 MB before transfer compression. Keep the page open while the loading bar advances. The game loads only after you choose Start game.
Which browser should I use?
Use an up-to-date browser with WebAssembly and WebGL 2 support. The web game has been tested in Chromium. A desktop or tablet gives the game more room; rotating a phone to landscape can help.
How do I leave or enlarge the browser game?
Use the Expand game button above the player. Escape leaves the expanded view. Close game unloads the player and returns to the start panel.
Does the browser game save anything?
The game can save activity choices, mute settings, viewed-video history, and whether the menu has been shown in this browser's local storage through IndexedDB. It does not require an account. Private browsing or clearing site data can remove these settings.
